• The charge will be added to your bill at check-in.

HARMONY SUITE POLICIES:

• Maximum 4 persons in the Harmony Suite.
• Rate based on one or two guests sharing one Queen Bed.
• Additional $15.00 charge (per stay) for 2 persons requiring 2 beds.
• Additional Roll Away $15.00.
• Online confirmation will not list the additional rate for additional beds or roll away - this will be added
  to your rate at check in (same with taxes).
• Each additional adult: $29.00 + GST / night. Children 5 - 17yrs: $19.00 + GST / night (includes breakfast).
• We do not permit children under 10yrs in this suite. Families with younger children please book your
  stay in Serenity Suite. Sorry, Evergreen B&B cannot accommodate families with children under 5 years.

Cancellations must be received  by e-mail and are not officially cancelled until you receive a cancellation number from us. For guests who do not have e-mail, please call us to cancel however, the booking is not officially cancelled until you are given a cancellation number.
