We welcome you to stay at our Tourism BC Approved, Canada Select 4½ star-rated accommodation for your Scrapbooking Retreat destination. Accommodations | Rates & Policies | Retreat Dates • 4:00 p.m. Friday Check-in. Your scrapbooking retreat begins! Set up your workstation then head out to one of our wonderful local restaurants in town for dinner on your own. When you return you can scrapbook into the night! (Please note: quiet scrap after 10:30 p.m.) • 8:30 Two Course Breakfast will be served on Saturday in the guest dining table where you will enjoy a homemade two course breakfasts! • 1:30 High Tea After breakfast you can head to your station and work up and appetite for High Tea served at the guest dining table at 1:30 p.m. to enjoy with others! This hopefully will be a highlight of your stay with us! Corinna will be on hand to take photos for you to Scrapbook in the future! After, you can Scrapbook away! • 5:30 The H'orderves Buffet will be ready for you to enjoy at your leisure from 5:30 to 6:30. p.m. Stop and start back to your project as you please! • Evening Snack Tray and drinks will be set up for you to enjoy. This may be a nice time to take a break to get your creative juices flowing as you create into the night! • 8:30 Two Course Breakfast another two course breakfast will be served on Sunday, then you can continue on with the final touches to your projects. • 11:00 a.m. Sunday Room Check-out time. However, you are welcome to continue Scrapbook until 1:30 before packing up for Final Check-out at 2:00 p.m. You will also have in room coffee/tea and cookies for you to enjoy anytime and Fruit Infused Filtered Water in the Common room daily. (Feel free to bring your favourite snack too!)

The Tranquility Suite has a Queen bed (a second twin cot can be added to this room if two beds are required) *Exception - Tranquility may also be booked for one person providing Harmony has 3 persons booked for the same retreat. Rate may change slightly depending on number of person’s booking in each room. Please contact us for more details.
The Harmony Suite has a Queen, Double, and Double Sofa bed.
The Serenity Suite has a Queen and Double bed
Scrapbooking Retreat Rates & Policies:
RATES:
- Rate is $249.00 + tax per person with a minimum of two sharing a room.
*See Exception Tranquility Suite. - Deposit of $100.00 per person (non-refundable once retreat is confirmed), Balance to be paid 30 days prior to scrapbooking retreat date. Retreats booked and confirmed less than 30 days to be paid in full upon booking confirmation.
- Balance of $149.00 + tax paid upon arrival by Visa, Master Card, Debit or Cash.
POLICIES:
- We require 6 guests to be booked for a retreat to be confirmed. Space and dates are limited so do reserve early to avoid disappointment - see our calendar for availability
- You are welcome to join the scrapbooking retreat as 1 guest, or may reserve as many as 6 guests per booking. We will advertise the retreat to fully book for a total of 6 for the retreat date to be set.
- Check-in: Friday 4:00
- Check-out: Sunday 11:00. However, you are able to continue to Scrapbook at your workstation until 1:30 clean up and 2:00 Final Check out for retreat.
- Please note that you are responsible for all of your belongings. We cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items. We suggest that any valuable belongings be locked in your room when you are away from them.
We make ever effort to have the Hot Tub open of all retreats and provide towels and bath robes.
