Wedding Packages
Evergreen features four stress free wedding packages for intimate
weddings with a maximum of 20 guest including bridal party. Just about everything
is done for you.
You:
- Confirm a date and time with Evergreen B & B to book your wedding including
total number of guest invited, confirm additional suites if needed.
- Confirm the colour theme for your wedding (colour for seasonal flowers
for bridal bouquet and wedding cake icing).
- Choose one of two Menu packages confirming number of guests.
- Get your marriage license.
- Send out your invitations.
- Last but not least go shopping for your wedding attire and leave
the rest to us.
Wedding Packages Include:
 Pastor for Wedding Vow Service- Chairs for seating
- Music by CD (We play Pachelbel for gust arrival and the traditional wedding
march for the service unless you prefer your own music selection)
- 1 night accommodation at Evergreen B & B including a full breakfast
in the dining room or a continental breakfast in the privacy of your suite.
- Complimentary bottle of Champaign or Wine chilling in your suite and a
sweet treat to celebrate your special day.
- Floral Package includes : Bridal Bouquet Round, Cascade, or Hand tied in
season flowers (you pick the colour theme) *(All roses or specialty flowers
extra),
- Groom and Best Man Single rose boutonniere and a Maid of honour hand tied
bouquet.
- All Wedding at Evergreen B & B receive a complimentary toss bouquet
as a gift from your B&B hosts.
- Two tier wedding cake
The above Wedding package is $1200.00 +GST plus your Menu choice detailed below.
* Prices for additional flowers can be provided to you if needed. (i.e.
additional boutonniere or bouquets for larger bridal party, corsages, flower
girl basket etc.
* Bride and Groom to provide for photography
* Bride and Groom will require a B.C. marriage license in advance.
