Breakfast is back April until Mid October!!! Order at self check in to eat it hot at 8AM Sharp in the dining area. Come a couple minutes early to play barista with our cool new coffee machine.   Sorry but no Breakfast in off season:

We now are a Self Check In Property in order to extend our Check in Window from 2 hours to 4.5 Hours.   Instructions will be emailed to you in confirmation email and prior to arrival. Its Your responsibility to follow them.

 

All rooms now have large 4K Smart TV's, voice enabled cable with On Demand content and enough things to watch you won't notice we no longer have DVD Players.

 

Rates are $10-$25/night less on our website than anywhere else.

All short term Reservations can be cancelled free of charge until:

•      8 days before arrival 

• 1 month before arrival if reserving all rooms

Check ins are to be done between 3pm and 7:30pm unless otherwise agreed upon. 

Guests arriving late will not be admitted and will not receive a refund. We say our hours are until 7:30pm because Guests ARE ALWAYS LATE and TRY TO GET EXTRA TIME. So you probably have until 8:25pm after which you will Definitely not be admitted unless previously agreed to days prior to arrival.

Children 5 and older are welcome. Do not show up with an infant, We are unable to have any children under 5 on property. You will not receive a refund. This has only happened twice to us in our time running the property.

All rooms base rate is for 1 or 2 persons. 

​

Harmony Room and Serenity Room have a base rate for 2 person.

A second guest in these rooms is an extra $5  

Max is 4 people in Harmony and Serenity Rooms

                 each additional adult up to 2 extra persons  is $29/person

                 each additional child under 18 is $18/person

 

No Pets allowed, no not even turtles.

one parking spot per room. Other parking is near by but its your responsability.
