A little planning makes arrival easy. Here are the essentials for a comfortable stay at our family-run B&B in Hope.
Room rates & optional breakfast
Prices are for the room only. Breakfast is optional and can be added when you book, before completing checkout. Book directly for our lowest available rates; room prices vary by season.
Add hot breakfast for $18 per person, per night, served at 8:00 am. Choices may include eggs, waffles, fruit, granola and yogurt, with coffee, espresso, lattes or cappuccinos.
Leaving early or enjoying a slower morning? Choose our $12 in-room breakfast with granola, berries, yogurt and a pastry or muffin. Tea and pour-over coffee are always available in your room.
Booking & digital registration
Please book under the cardholder's name. Photo ID is requested during digital registration. We prefer to communicate directly with guests so arrival instructions reach the person staying with us.
Complete the online check-in before arrival to receive your entry code. Your pre-arrival messages explain the steps and how to find your room. Please read them before travelling.
Arrival & departure
Evergreen uses self check-in. Follow the arrival window and instructions in your booking confirmation. Check-out is at 10:00 am; late check-out is unavailable.
Payment & cancellation
For a standard stay, cancellation is free until 8 days before arrival. The card on file is charged 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are charged the full reservation amount.
Group bookings, reservations for all rooms, and stays longer than one week have a separate 30-day cancellation policy. Please review the terms in your confirmation.
Children & pets
Guests aged 5 and older are welcome. Our rooms are not suitable for infants or children under 5, except by arrangement when reserving the entire property. Pets are not permitted.
A comfortable stay for everyone
Please remove shoes in the rooms and leave ice coolers outside. Smoking is not permitted in rooms or on balconies. Quiet hours are 11:00 pm–6:00 am. Please respect other guests and our family home; disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in the stay being ended without a refund.
Every room has a mini fridge. A microwave and small ice maker are available in the common area. Guest use of the kitchen and laundry is unavailable.
Parking, keys & belongings
One parking space is available per room. Please keep valuables secure; belongings left in vehicles remain your responsibility.
Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay. Lost room keys may require a replacement lock, with the cost charged to the guest.
